i have now constant pain in my uper section of feet .only the right foot but it is there and never goes away .the doc thinks it is some kind of placentia facia .but i am not sure .

any thoughts

Check with an orthopedist and get an x-ray.

I have problems with both of my feet too the point if I stand on them for too long I can't barely walk on them days after and have to keep my feet elevated and on ice. Most of the time I can't feel my feet and my feet are tingling, throbbing, itchy, numb. My doctor said I have the start of neuropathy and now that I have it I will always have it unless I can control my diabetes/sugars every day. The higher the number my sugar is the worse my feet get.

Ray I work in a foot clinic (receptionist) and I book appointments for people with foot pain all the time. It could be plantar fasciitis where the pain is usually on the bottom of the foot but not exclusively. The pain is felt after the first few steps out of bed in the morning and localized in the heel bone with standing or walking. But that doesn't mean you don't have that.

It could be neuropathy too. Only a doctor or podiatrist can diagnose that. It will be in your best interest to see one and what treatments there are. Good luck on this and let us know how you make out.

DEAR LINDA ,
yes you are right the doc told me that it wasplantar fasciitis and he ordered some orthodonetics which have yet to recieve .
