Diabetes Type 2 Support Group
Type 2 Diabetes is a condition in which the body either does not produce enough insulin or does not make efficient use of it. Insulin is a hormone needed to convert food into glucose, a sugar that the body uses for energy. Without enough insulin, glucose can accumulate in the blood, and can cause serious health problems such as heart disease and strokes and organ damage...
I guess that you realize that I haven't got a clue either about this! But I could not resist making the joke!

there are good carbs and bad carbs. bad carbs are processed since they strip away the beneficial fiber..such as white breads, rice. the good carbs are found in whole grains, veggies, fruits and beans.
Your cereal contained 25 grams of carbs, 9 being the "other" which would be 16 grams of sugars....with 10 grams of fiber your net carb total would be 15 carbs since with foods and extra fiber, you can subtract the fiber....anything under 5 grams tho doesn't affect so if over 5 you can subtract
and the box is pure fiber tho you might want to add a little sugar to help the taste ROFL
Yeah, I think I'll skip eating the box. LOL!! I had a bowl of the cereal this morning with some skim milk, 2 slices of bacon, and one of those little clementine oranges and 2 hours later my BS was 99, so I was very happy!
