first off take a deep breath and let it out slowly. If this is your first test that came back too high, request maybe to take another. You can have a false positive if you do not drink enough water, maybe dehydrated, etc. When I had one that was out of wack, I had been recovering from a cold and not drinking fluids as I should have so my doctor had me do another urine test and much better.
