i asked my doctor one day when i had a reading of 77 and wasnt feeling good and he told me less than 80 is probably too low for me

Anything = or > 70 to the 90s is considered not going hypo and good numbers fasting, with older pateints a lot of doctors generally don't want their patients getting near 70.
