I love the Fiber One snacks and they make good snacks. However, one snack is all the carb count you should have.
Check the packages of snacks. Your count for a snack should be between 15-20 if you want to keep your blood sugar within range.
I also eat nuts for snacks.
What is in them?
I buy them at our grocery store. They are separated from other granola bars and are sold in single bars. Some have only 5 g of sugar. They are hard granola bars with nuts and a chocolate like coating on the bottom. Good snack to tide you over to the next meal. With the nuts, it has protein in each.
