little confused regarding morning

i have done some chnages , but not that many .the things that i have done is that at least 4 times a week i have the aloe vera,celery,bitter guard ,and some other greens .besides that i have cut down on diet sodas .

my weight has not changed much and i do take a walk three times a week,

now the question , so for last few weeks my sugar is below 100 fasting that hasnt happened in a long time , also i am on 1000 mg a day of metformin.

so should i cut down on pill or does this mean i am home free , i know a wishfull thinking or there is something wrong .

You are doing very well, and no you should not cut back on the pills unless the Dr. tells you it is okay. You are still on the low side of the pills. The max is 2500. The Dr. took me off of it because it was causing too many lows with the insulin. Just insulin, I am doing great. But it does take a lot of work. As for weight loss, it will take time. I have lost weight but it took almost a year.

Hello Ray! My A1c tests are also in the normal range. Diet and exercise. Am I cured? No. My Doc told me to continue my low dose Metformin. Good wishes to you.
