I mean I don't usually wake up higher then 111 anymore - but I'm waking up in my 130's on my period. I tried looking up why it would be and how to fix it but everything only says it should be higher right before my period ( I didn't have that problem) and then it says it should go back to normal once my period starts. And I'm high.
I don't understand y it is.
