I just ordered some Sublingual B-12 2000mcg 100 tabs. I have seen them advertised on TV for years.
Being diabetic brings on these feelings, You really do have to reduce your sugar intake. Green Tea (chinese) is supposed to help with all its antioxidents.
Take it from a failed diabetic, controling the sugar is imperative, otherwise you will always feel tired etc. I am about to have a gastric bypass as a resolve because I can not control my eating.....

My problem is getting motivated,as I have agoraphobia I cant exactly go for a walk.
I think its back to the drawing board as regards keeping an eye on my BS plus I will give the green tea a go.
Its hard going at times with diabetes having to always monitor,but guess there is no other option really.
At least the Byetta pen Ive been on for 2 months now is cutting the amount I eat,so fingers crossed I will shed some weight now.

Can't blame everything on diabetes.
I started taking the Sublingual B-12 it is wonderful my energy is back. I still can't exercise yet because of gum surgery. No more lethargic. feeling. I have only used 14 out of a 30 day supply.
I think somehow the goodness of my food is not staying long enough to benefit me.
As during the last 3 weeks I have been really ill with a virus which really knocked me out.
Im going to try go back to a regime I used to try with getting more vitamins and nutrients,even though all the latest info suggests that they are not worth taking.
Ive taken a small break from metformin just a couple of days and I feel better.
But I know thats not the answer,Im due to see my consultant July 7th to report on my progress with the byetta pen,which I have not got on at all well,I was constanly sick.
So goodness knows where I go from here,as I need to get my blood sugar under proper control,but there are times when I just want to give up trying......
Drinking more water is good also,something else Im foing to try sort out,all good intentions but making them stick is another story....
