kidney disease complication

Does anyone else have kidney desease from diabetes?

i was told that i should better control my sugar intake since in my test they see a kidney being affected .as per my doc i will have a kidney issue in 5 to 10 years if i don't be serious about this .

that has kind a scared me

it tends to be one of the very bad complications from diabetes. The sugar runs through out your whole body and causes a complete mess, as a nice way to say it.

And yes many diabetics do have kidney issues. I had one urinalysis test come back bad, but I had the doctor re run the test since you can have a false positive sometimes... I do drink plenty of water to keep the kidneys flushed out which helps remove the sugars.
