Hopefully it was helpful for you Caine. Thanks for bringing the subject up.I think I will look into it a little more.
Still, and maybe I am making too much of this, I look for a more convincing way to diagnose inflammation by lab testing or other measure and a way to measure successful treatment. I kinda hate to accept the idea that a million variables are in my way from treating my inflammation.
But I do have a considerable amount of naturopathic diet integrated in my daily food e.g. green juice, no sugar or artificial sweeteners, no milk or milk bi-products, very little bread or grain products, low amounts of meat or fowl protein and of course low carbohydrate intake focused on diabetic smart eating. And my exercise level is increasing with a local gym and trainer.
The Serenity Prayer is also of some help.
