I agree! Get him to the Dr! that number is too high.
Otherwise, could he take a walk for about 15 minutes? then, rest for a half hour to 45 minutes and test again? That usually will bring my number down a little bit.
Get him to eat lots of veggies and lighten up on too many carbohydrates. Tehy usually suggest 45 -60 carbs per meal and 15- 20 for a snack. Check with your Dr!!!!
