I bought the Breville and ran hard using it for two months. It made a dramatic difference in my weight and reduction in prescription drug use. I joined a gym and did just fine.
Today I drink two glasses of juice daily. I make sure to use green and not fruit or fruit related in any large quantity e.g. carrots.
But you have to want what I have and that means work for it, including exercise (I go to the gym).
