my doctor took my weight 110 pd and multiplied by 13 since I am over 55, which gives me 1430 calories which converts to 178. carbs for me, divided into 4 which gives me about 44 carbs a meal and 2 snacks of 22. There are many calculators out there but it gives an idea and it is best to go by the doctor/dietician

I suggest that do some independent research and find out what you think will be your best eating plan.
