I do some each morning about 20-30 minutes and I rotate the type -weights one morning, stationary bike next etc. will do stretches and crunches each morning, but gotta check to see where Max is since he likes to sit on my stomach and wash my face lol so I have get him outside in order to do so.
Depends on the intensity of the exercise also as to how fast you drop etc. I do the glucose tabs when I am out walking since I tend to walk at a fast pace
Basically anytime is good, find the best time for you, yes I would wait until at least an hour after eating, and they say 3 times a week at least 30 minutes but you can also break that up if you don't have the time for a full 30 minutes
