do let your doctor of course know this..but a lot of times it is the food, so hopefully you are eating 3 meals
i need to incease my afternoon time meal frequency. as after lunch i am almost 4 hrs without food.
thats what the doc told me.... "dont be afraid to eat. your medication and workout is already bringinf your bld sg down. so eat "
