Diabetes Type 2 Support Group
Type 2 Diabetes is a condition in which the body either does not produce enough insulin or does not make efficient use of it. Insulin is a hormone needed to convert food into glucose, a sugar that the body uses for energy. Without enough insulin, glucose can accumulate in the blood, and can cause serious health problems such as heart disease and strokes and organ damage...
Second....I'm not qualified to diagnose you or anyone.
My first glance says you MIGHT be pre diabetic...not really sure.
What does your doctor say?
Get a Glucose test done.
However, it is much more complicated than that.
We will support you however we can, but it is impossible to be able to diagnose you. I know it may sound harsh and I don't mean to come off as such. I just want to make sure that you understand that although I/we are diabetics, we are not doctors. Diabetes is a mystery and takes many twists and turns. I do not wish to do you harm by diagnosing you wrong and causing you distress and added anxiety.
You can ward off diabetes the best you can by adopting a healthy eating lifestyle and exercising.
I wish you the best and hope that your doctor gives you a good result :)
