My sister used to be like you, doing everything for her employer, working all hours. They didn't appreciate it, they never do, just ask for more and more. Last year she had a breakdown due to stress. It was awful for her and us to see her like that, she has always been so strong, but it shows the strain she was under due to work. She has a new job but still has not recovered, and she has no health conditions. It really isn't worth damaging your health for any job.
