Diabetes Type 2 Support Group
Type 2 Diabetes is a condition in which the body either does not produce enough insulin or does not make efficient use of it. Insulin is a hormone needed to convert food into glucose, a sugar that the body uses for energy. Without enough insulin, glucose can accumulate in the blood, and can cause serious health problems such as heart disease and strokes and organ damage...

I had depression my whole life, but diabetic for not too long. Just now started a 5 day a week exercise regimen. My doctor was like, we're trying to save your life here. So I go. It's not magical, I cry while I'm doing it occasionally. I'm on meds for depression/anxiety also. The exercise is supposed to help with the mental issues too. The bloodflow and sunshine are great for a decompensation. Do you take vitamin d? My level was low, so I do, 5000 ius. Also take 100 mg B6, and a magnesium /calcium /zinc multi, for bad PMS and better blood sugar and weight loss.
Better mental health means better diabetes management. The science has proven it. That is the long and short of it.
Hugs sweetie. We're all here with you, going through it too. We understand.
