I just joined this group a few weeks ago because I feel my numbers are too high. I am dealing with a lot of stress and when I am upset I eat.
I at times don't care either.
I sometimes say that I am overwhelmed as well.
I do have a good diabetes DR. and she is helpful.
I think you need someone to talk to.

So take a deep breath, let it out slowly and tell yourself you can take control once again and then begin one day at a time or even one hour at a time. get rid of the junk food in the house, get some grapes put them in the freezer, and then when you want something to nibble on, take a couple of the grapes and have them.
