For the normal readings total level for Cholesterol is less than 200,
LDL less than 100, HDL they like to see 60 or more which is hard to achieve at times and your triglycerides should be less than 150
but talk with your doctor and do remember just because numbers are stated to be the norm etc you are an individual and we all react differently and no matter how hard someone trys they may not achieve what the doctors set for what they want and do talk with your doctor. Having a doctor who will listen etc is very important
