My doctor said anything under 7 is good.
It's hard to be perfect and all we can do is work at keeping on track with good eating habits, exercise, and keeping doctor appointments to stay on top of this weird disease.
Sometimes we can do all the right things, but diabetes has it's own agenda.
I'm do for my A1C next month.....crossing fingers for good numbers (I feel like I'm at a casino...lol).
