I feel for you :( It is horrible. I haven't felt that way since I have gotten my BS down back into the 100s.
Did you talk to your doc about the possible effects the Metformin is having on you. I am supposed to start adding my pills as well, but for right now my tummy just can't handle anothe dose of metformin.
I would definitely make an appt. with the doc.
The only way to get your energy back is to get the blood sugar under control. Or at least that is what I have found. Since I'm not so tired I have been doing housework and cooking again. It feels good to be back in control of my life.
