unfortunately, I don't have too much advice for you.
I am 24 going through the EXACT same thing.
it's such an uncontrollable urge, and it sucks to know that I'm not helping my condition.
so yes, I can completely relate. I'm hoping that just knowing someone is out there is going through the same painful and lonely journey can give you a little bit of comfort.
I have faith that we can both make it out of this.
