I'm looking for some foods i can eat that are low in carbs or have zero carbs so I can eat every once in a while without needing insulin. Any suggestions?

Carb counting can be easy. We have the 5 basic steps to help you manage. Again, remember that what works for some might not work for you. Always check with your Dr. before you start any diet.

Crunchy organic peanut butter is a good one for me. I don't religiously carb count, as I tend to run on the low side. Really, just like everyone else, you need some carbs. As long as you are managing your blood sugar levels and getting enough exercise, I say...eat what you want. I don't mean binge eat an entire cake...but...don't worry yourself too much. Once you have your insulin levels tailored to your own requirements, it all gets a lot easier, and becomes more intuitive.

I'll wrap a little cheese (small amount of carbs) in lunch meat and munch on that. Pickles usually say they have zero carbs. Celery (again, small amount) with a little lemon and seasoning on top is tasty. Have you tried the Bai drinks? They're low carb and tasty with lots of different flavors. Definitely get a book with carb counts so you can look up what you do not have the nutritional information for and then eat what you want in moderation. Good luck :)

    I had gone to the grocery store.  When I wheeled my cartback to my car I just stool there a minute.  A few spacesaway a Tesla Cyber truck was parked.  I had seen it on theroad a few times for a few seconds.  But not close up.It looked like it belonged to 2126 and not 2026.  I wasgoing to take a picture of the car but the owners cameback and drove away.  It was an ordinary middle age...
