Sorry. Me again.
I was doing okay but not so much anymore. My anxiety attacks are getting worse. People have noticed my increased agitation and mood and I feel guilty as hell because I'd never take my mood out on anyone. So even just being snippy with people is horrible. Tried messaging friends but they have their own things to deal with. I don't want them worrying about me.
In my head I keep thinking people are fed up with me. They just tolerate me. I know this isn't true but I can't shake this feeling worthless.
Im at the point I think I need to up my anti depressants and it feels like a massive let down to do so.
Im sorry the majority of my posts here are like this. Just feeling like my thoughts are tearing me apart :(

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ

That should be your Doctor's decision. Be sure to let him/her know what you are going through. They may increase or even change your meds. They KNOW BEST.

Why ... if it helps??
you're lucky. About one third of people who take antidepresants dont' get any help from them at all
It's like when you have a toddler you're teaching to walk. They get wobbly, a LOT. And they fall over a lot.
If you hold their hand, they can be braver and they can try things for longer and they become sturdier and stronger on their feet.
At the point at which they are stabilised, You can start to take your support away.
It is an intelligent strategy, to get yourself balanced and happy, and then slowly, gently, remove the support after you've been balanced for a long enough time. For me that was a year.
But you do what you've got to do to balance first.
