You can do this, I know you can! It is hard, but each time you set a limit you make yourself just a bit stronger, and each time you enforce a limit you make yourself a bit healthier!

I know it's hard but try not to go to negative thoughts for relief as it's not healthy, try to think positive as things are going to fine no matter what happens as in the end it is unless you focus on the negative constantly which won't help anything when you can see the positive in everyday life instead of the negative. When it comes to others whom act wrongly towards you try to not get angry, try to understand why they act in a certain way or do things and feel for them instead of hating them for it. It's a reason why they do it even if you don't agree with it. And sometimes even if people won't understand things talking may help you out in the end. That'll be better than nothing. If you need someone to talk to you can just message me. Sincerely,
Torrance
