Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

for everyone usually leaves us feeling fatigued and its like a feeling sort of
like - Running in a marathon-all the people you were strong for coming in 1st,
second place and here we come like feeling all drained like in last place.
But you deserve to put yourself first and nurture yourself and pour back into
yourself nourishing moments and time well spent with yourself pumping
back into yourself just like standing at the gas station and filling up your tank,
You will feel tired as you do when your tank of self-love is empty. This feeling
of tiredness also comes from pouring support and strength into others and it is not reciprocated.
Love/ Hugs-,take time out to be self centered for a moment to fill you and if
you can be around supportive family/,friends that you can relax around then do it Get your tank full and get back focusing on your Sunny Center(your Inner self). You are certainly overdue for this!!!!!!!!!!!! <3
I can relate to your comment. It is hard being dependable, or strong enough to be recognized as a valuable source of help. It can be tiring. I have a friend who really lives this. He feels responsible for helping others to the point he has over extended himself. He exhausts himself because he would rather carry the burden of being tired, rather than to say no. I think the important thing is to know your limits. You won’t be much help to anyone, least of all yourself, if you’re exhausted. Scotty hit the nail on the head. I think meditation is an excellent idea. I’ll be wishing the best for you.
