Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. Sounds like you have a great deal on your plate. You're a very brave young woman. Prayers and blessings
I'm so sorry to hear you feel this way. This verse is always my comfort whenever I go through difficulties, “Give all your concerns to God because He cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7) I pray that you will also find comfort in His Word and you will have peace as you bring all your concerns and worries to God. He cares for you. I hope things will go well with you and you will feel alright.
Try to talk to your doctor about your plans of going to the Army. I hope to hear from you again. Take care of yourself.
Your choice though .
I use to always say that as well...my friend has it worst...shes' on 2 depression meds...and has therapy twice a week...my problems are nothing.
But then they became something, and it was enough to disrupt "my world". That is all that matters.
Reach out for help, anxiety and depression makes us feel like we aren't worthy...and that we don't deserve help...and that we shouldn't take care of ourselves.
Sending you light, love, and hope. All the best!
The stresses of college is real, anxiety is real and depression is real.

I'd say no go on the army, now is not the time to make big decisions when you're feeling off.
Im praying for you!
