chat rooms? I'm dating myself a little here, I know.

I was just thinking that maybe I can talk in a chat room to help me sleep. Is this a bad idea?

Nope, not a bad idea. I wish there was a way the you could chat with more than one person on meebo, but I haven't found a solution. It would be great if DS added either chat rooms or the ability to chat with more than one person.

Do you mean chat rooms that people have made who belong to this site, or chatrooms in general (like AOL and/or yahoo chat rooms...I just dated myself as well lol).

If it's the latter, have you ever used PalTalk? You have to download it, but there are a ton of rooms to go chat in...lot of them are themed rooms (religion, music, politics, etc) but there are also rooms to just chat about whatever. They use mics in a lot of rooms, but not everyone has to, you can just type. I find some of the debate rooms funny and they can be hours of fun :P

OMGosh, I just made a chat room!!! I remembered the name and it's way easy LOL

Uh...well...it's there now...I suppose PM me for password if you want to use it? Never done this before lol
