Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.


What I mean is it depends on how bad my depression gets. If I'm not doing horrible, video games help a lot. Talking to someone, listening to music, or therapy can do the trick. Watching videos on youtube can also help, especially if there's a playlist that's long enough to keep going for hours.
The real issue, for me anyway, is when it gets really bad or if I don't feel motivated to enjoy any of my hobbies. Then again, that happens on a fairly rare occasion. Most of the time, video games help me. :p

I never take meds or intend to.
I also use music as a way to pick myself back off the floor, something that's very special and means something to me as a inspiration to get myself back on track.
