My brother gets off work at 4, and is usually home somewhere between 4:30 and 4:35 religiously. It's now 7:30....I tried calling him but his phone is off or dead. I'm scared. What do I do?

First, calm down. Second, can you call his employer? Maybe he is working late, or can't get to his phone. Third, remain calm. Don't jump to any conclusions. I am sure he is ok.

He works for WebMD, do I just call the number on there website? Wont that take me to some foreign country?

That I don't know. Do you know any of his friends you could call? They may know where he is or how to get in touch with him.

It is possible his employer will not answer questions .. privacy issue.

I would wait 6 hours and then call police .. except I think a person has to be 'missing' for longer than that. They will be glad to explain that to you.

Not much else you can do that I can think of.

Is there some reason why your brother wouldn't go somewhere after work? Is he an adult? I assume that if he has a job, he is capable of going somewhere other than home. This is a very common occurrance, even if it is against his religion.

Cypressmoon, with any other person I would agree, but my brother is a hermit like me... I don't think he even has friends offline =(
