That's a nice quote. I will try to live it, although it is hard. I recently reduced my medication slightly and now have been feeling caught up in my past issues again. It's like a part of my brain has not caught up with the rest. Even with all the therapy? Which makes me worry for the future. Ok, I will repeat to myself that today: this moment is a gift.
