I believe Caine is referring to the tragedy that occurred in VA, as this is also posted in the community that Doug posted the link for. That being said, I'll respond there, as requested.

It needs to be known if on a day where what has occurred is really understood by a certain someone who causes fear in others as he does?

Do you truly understand what it means to prey on others and cause fear... and destroy the lives of people?
