I recently found that I have cumulative grief and am trying to begin to understand that.
It's really challenging to have difficulties in life I am trying to understand and work on getting better.
I hope that you can find some happiness. I agree rest it is super important to our minds and our bodies. Get plenty when you can.
Eat whole foods not processed and drink plenty of good water.

Get hugs....hugs I found are more important than we think. We as humans actually need them
A minimum of 8 hugs a day is said to do the trick.
You could even hug your cat or your dog ..
I would hug you if I were there. Lots of love...
If I were there I would give you one ...
