Fiancé ... no car insurance?
College is SUPPOSED to be demanding.
Apply for more jobs.
I would assume your current job involves going here there and everywhere. Maybe that is what the job is.
Not a lot of stress in lying on the couch watching shows and movies all day but it is not constructive. Will not get you a paycheck, College Degree, or much of anything else ... except relaxation. Moderation, moderation, moderation. As a vision of happiness, .. it would not last very long or work out very well.
I hope you can mobilize soon and improve your situation. It seems to be doing downhill.
My fiancee has and had car insurance, the lady involved still wants to pursue it and my fiancees' mother is controlling the situation because the attorney is going through her and not my fiancee despite our multiple attempts to get the lawyer to discuss this with my fiancee. and I was not like my fiancee was under 18 when the accident happened. Either way, this struggle is much harder for my fiancee then me, but I cannot seem to help soothe my fiancee.
As for myself, I understand life will never be just relaxing. I just wish it could be relaxing. This is probably due to an imbalance in my life between work and play. All work and little play just like my mother before me. Don't get me wrong, I am very aware of what I have to do. That doesn't motivate me to do it though. I only do it because I have to, if I don't life will just get worse. But where do I draw the line? When can I delegate responsibility onto my fiancee, someone who also lacks the motivation to do much that is productive? When do I not have to run an entire household on my own? Now don't get me wrong here too, I know I should be able to delegate, I know I cannot baby my fiancee. How can I motivate him when I cannot even motivate myself? How do I push without pushing it to the point where one of us breaks down? I love my fiancee and everything is good in our relationship, communication is fairly clear and we are working on being even better. The one area where we constantly have issues though is where I pick up his slack more often than not. That I work part-time, go to school over full time, and take care of the house almost on my own and he works part to sometimes full time at the same place I work. I do not blame him, I do not look down on him, and I certainly don't hate or dislike him for it. I just don't know what to do about it.
I am applying for jobs in my field of study, it just sucks that I didn't get the one I want. I know I'm a cry baby, I know I pout when I don't get something, but I also know it won't do me good and I continue looking and trying.
I'm not bashing or wanting to start an argument, I just realized that no one has enough context to the situation. I acknowledge that I am lazy and need to get off my rear end. I realize I am a cry baby. I realize that I still can't confide in people and need to keep my emotions to myself, I realize there is no point in trying to express myself anymore. I realize this world only wants fake versions of ourselves. I realize that I will need to find something else to vent. Thank you daily strength, it's been fun...now I'll go be the cry baby I am and carry on as though nothing effects me. (I am not being sarcastic, I mean it, I know it, I'm moving on)
