Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

The best article/advice I read said...don't look for motivation. Just make small changes. Turn those changes into small habits. Those habits will turn into better choices...and one day you will look up and realize...fuck I'm here and I didn't overwhelm myself.
So whatever it is that you've been wanting to do...if it's exercising...just start 3x a week at 10 minutes each time. Then build from there...be forgiving when you mess up...and realize each new day is a new start.
If it's being more sociable...try talking to a friend more...or connecting with old ones. Then build that up to talking to an acquaitance you wanted to get to know more...then when you feel empowered and are getting good results from those actions, try joining some organizations or social groups.
But the small actions will take you there...and will be less overwhelming for a depression or anxious mind.
I hope that helps a bit! And congratulations already having some good practices in mind. :)
Sending you light and love!
