Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Okay, so my serotonin levels are incompatible with my triglycerides, and my general testosterone is conflicting with my AB inhibitors. And what's more, my oprah instaligators are too deeply intertwined with my obamations.
This is, of course, meaningless gibberish, but what I'm trying to get across is the fact that I definitely am suffering some kind of chemical brain imbalance that is making me lethargic and tired at a low emotional ebb. In other words, I am depressed as hell, and I don't know why.
So, I announce this to the depression board in general, looking for sympathy and a few hugs and hoping that they will help a bit. This is an attention seeking post and I am completely unrepentant. Let me wallow in your sympathy.

It's good you can admit this in public. I sincerely hope that the things in your brain that cause this depression get straightened out soon.
