i'm feeling pretty shitty today. it's one of those days where i need to be getting a lot done to prove something to myself or something but i have no energy or will power. no doubt i'll get some stuff done, but it won't be enough, and i just know at the end of the day i'm going to feel just terrible and worthless.

I ALWAYS WONDERED WHY MY FATHER WOULD DRINK AND BE DEPRESSED AROUND SEPT.I STARTED FEELING DEPRESSED AROUND SEPT. I CONNECTED THE DOTES AND FOUND OUT I HAD INHERITED (SEASONAL DEPRESSION DISORDER) FROM MY FATHER.I BEEN ON LEXAPRO FOR 15 YEARS AND FELT LIKE IT WAS NOT HELPING ME MUCH ANYMORE.LAST MONTH I FELL APART, THAT TIME OF THE YEAR, I NEVER FELT SO DEPRESSED SO I WENT TO MY FAMILY DR. AND SHE ADDED BUPROPION XL 150 MG. ALONG WITH MY LEXAPRO.2 DAYS AND TODAY I FEEL LIKE A HUMAN BEING.SHE SAID I CANNOT COLD TURKEY LEXAPRO SO SHE IS PROBABLY GOING TO WEAN ME OFF LEXAPRO, I DO NOT KNOW BUT I WILL FOLLOW MY DRS. ORDER BECAUSE DEPRESSION IS A HARD THING TO LIVE WITH.SO IF ANYBODY FEELS MORE DEPRESSED AROUND SEPT. IT MIGHT BE SEASONAL DEPRESSION DISORDER AND SHOULD BE TOLD TO YOUR DR.THANK YOU FOR LISTENING

I am ok today....Moll...I have gone thru typhoons when I lived on Guam and thing is get the BBQ ready to cook all the meat from your freezer....LOL I know that seems odd but you want to save the food you cook it before it gets too warm and starts to spoil....

Sepi I am sorry you lost your dad....was it unexpected and sudden or was he sick for while before he died?

TooMuch I guess that feeling of useless needs to be the motivation to get something done....

I took my dog to vet early this morning to change bandage....then I went and got the new brackets to make saw horses after returning one that was over priced at Lowes plus it was just one not two sets....so then I started to cut the 2x4s to make my saw horses and I screwed up....but I corrected it and had to buy another 12ft 2x4 and some galvanized nails....
this afternoon I had to go to the dentist to get three fillings in my front teeth on top....uggh...plus they quoted me this discounted price of $450 but today they said they do not discount using the CareCredit card that I used...they charged me $504 today...but when they gave me the discount they well knew I would be using my carecredit card and they said nothing in the quote about not allowing the discount....so anyway....I accepted the extra amount without complaining because it is a friend (acquaintance) from AA and I did not let them charge my debit card today as they said usually the day of services they take the first payment from the debit card....then two more over the next two months on the day you specified....my CareCredit card did not have but $274 which means I needed to use the second debit card to fully pay within three months....

Hope to continue to work on the back door today after the 4pm news in three minutes....first I need to finish making the saw horses then I will take door off and cut the doggie door and probably the window out of the metal door....

Emotionally, I am okay. Physically, not so well. I have been getting sick a lot lately.

I survived another day. Whoopeedamn-do.

A few hours ago it got pretty bad but now it seems to be better.

Well here it 1:24 in the AM a little late for yesterday and early for today. Actually now is a good time for me and am in relatively good mood, and have a decent mind set. I worked and was able to keep busy and out of my own thoughts. Went to my Med Doc and we are switching to a different medication, I was taking amitriptyline (Elavil) and didn't like the side effects. It was mainly for night time use for the insomnia. Cant read what the new one is but it starts with an R. ( I will read up on it when I get it filled.

Had a few laughs at the Last Call. And As they say Humor is the best medicine.
