Trying to Kill Myself

For the past six months due to stress I have directed anger towards me and pounding my chest to bring on a heart attack. I may be succeeding as I am finding it harder to breath under stress and so someday will definately just die and be done with my miserable life. Then let the bastards turn over and wish they all were nicer to me. When it's too damn late.

If you are finding it hard to breath then you need to dial 911 or get to a hospital. If you are feeling suicidal you need to get medical attention also.

don't let what is stressing you also kill you. Not worth it. tell youself a lot will take care of itself, and the rest you can handle. that is the reality of it. don't let it getcha. Not necessary.

pounding on your chest wont cause a heart attack, and if you did have one, you may just live and have a hundred thousand dollar debt. Why not try to find some help from a new place? Are you taking new meds or is something new driving you to be depressed? If you are thinking of giving up, do not be fooled that a large group of people will feel bad that they were mean to you, those people are jerks and jerks have no feelings. Better to surround yourself with good people that care and forget about those jerks

I don't think you can bring on a heart attack in this way. I also don't believe that punishing the people who have hurt you is the right response. I would rather you used that energy to try to be nicer to yourself. The fact of the matter is that they are that bad they wouldnt care about your death. So dont give them that power over you.

You ca't control them only you and screw them anyway. Look for some new freinds here. We have all been there....their are better people out there you just need help to find them. It is what brought you here right?

What do you expect people here to do in response to this message?

If you choose suicide we can't stop you. You know you should be seeing a doctor about it and not wasting time hitting yourself.

If you want support then please ask or at least say what is going on as this message is a cry for help. Without information.

No one can do anything if you don't ask or say. If you are killing yourself then don't tell us as that's a guilt trip no one deserves.

Am I clear? Help is here or at the docs. Threats are silly really and just hurt others.

Is that your intent? To hurt people here? Listen to them and start dealing with the real problem instead of what you are doing.
