Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
You are your own best friend. You get to choose the thoughts you want to think about yourself no matter what anyone else thinks. They are them and not you so how can they know exactly everything about you--only you know yourself the best so be good and kind to you.
Have you resolved the situation of whatever pressure you say you were placing on her? There are solutions to relationship problems even if you haven't found them yet. Have you considered going together to talk things over with a counsellor that might help resolve this issue you speak of?
Do your very best each day, be kind and considerate. If nothing changes, at least you know you tried.
Suicide is NEVER an answer. There are answers even if you haven't found them yet. What is making you angry? Look up conflict resolution online. They usually have steps outlined to help coach how to resolve conflicts.
Things can change. Start looking for 1 thing a day to be thankful for. Say it outloud. After a week, you will have 7 things to be thankful for. After a month you will have 30--that perspective alone will change your life guarenteed if you say 30 things outloud that you are thankful for!!
