Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I have had chronic abdominal pain for over 10 years now. I get woken up every single morning with an IBS attack that lasts several hours. I would rate my morning pain between 7-9. The after pain lingers at a level 3-4 24/7 after about 3 hours. I can't kill myself, but I just want to die soon. Can't take another day of this crap!!! I want so badly for the pain to go away or just die! Sly

Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

I also think DS has a GROUP for IBS. Click here for a list:

You need a dietician something awful. You need to take it right back and start again.
The woman at work with IBS can eat meat, and most green vegetables unless it has roots in legumes or nightshades; so no beans, peas, tomatoes, potatoes, etc.
No nuts of any kind. No seeds of any kind. No breads or grains of any kind. No couscous, no sago, no quinoa. Nothing.
No dairy. No eggs. No oils from grains or legumes.
So she's on meat, and veges. To fill up and stave off hunger she roasts carrots, beetroot, yams, parsnips, etc - , which she can cook in animal fats. I think she can eat some fruits but not many.
This is a process she is currently going through, and she is expected to stay on this diet for six months more, and then reintroduce something, I dont know what. almonds? dates? She is supposed to reintroduce things one at a time, so she can see which is going to set her off.
She's had no attacks recently.
I've found that anti anxiety medication and diet has helped a lot especially avoiding acidic foods. I was diagnosed with Celiac as well which made a huge difference.
I hope there's so pain relief in and happy mornings in your future.
