Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I'm not a Polly Anna, and I'm not preaching at you. I'm just sharing my experience. I do know where my strength comes from. Isaiah 40:29-31 "God gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint."
Perhaps, calling out to God might help your weary soul. A prayer is a falling tear.
I'm praying for you!
Some days I really don't want to exist, but I know it will pass and consider living through the day a victory.
Welcome to the group! Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Try to focus on your past blessings and try to think positively. There are many things to be thankful for, I hope in your difficulty you will still see the beauty of life. I hope you will feel better soon.
