I am getting so overwhelmed and sad right now because things arent going well in my life at all. For starters, I live with my parents and I have to do everything that they want me to do which I understand. Sometimes I get put down by certain family members and I just take it because I know I will either be on the street or my family members will leave, I guess I should be grateful that they are helping me out. I feel trapped, every since my trauma I have had no life at all. I have no job, been trying to find a job but having no luck at all. I have no money to buy anything I want or need or any money to go out and have fun. I feel like I have nothing to look forward to. I have no friends where I am living right now, all my friends are in another state. I feel isolated. I'm stuck in the house all the time without anything to do and it's really wearing on me. When I show I'm upset people call me a drama queen and that completely irritates me because they have no idea on how i'm feeling or what's going through my head. My weight is bothering me, the fact that I feel like I'm going to die but I cant get the motivation to work out or go outside to do anything. The fact I feel unattractive, I just miss having a life. on top of that I had a trauma that happened four years ago. I am just to my limit, can anyone help me? i'm losing all hope
Can you go to your local unemployment office and find someone to talk to so as to get on the right path?
Isolation is definitely a killer of everything...self-esteem- especially.
Can you look at job sites and try to get excited about a career?
Unemployment usually offers courses to help you re-enter employment.
My heart is breaking for you...I found myself in the same place at 51...its horrible..although I do have money coming in and the antidepressant I take is helping me.

What do you mean same area? I'm in Rhode Island.
