Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

1. Recognize that organization is tough. My wife is well-organized and I notice she works hard to things well ahead of due dates.
2. Keep calendars and to do lists.
3. Recognize you will make mistakes. When you do, be tough on yourself on a suggestions or changes sheet, write down what you did wrong and how it should be changed and let it go. Check the to do list and hopefully get better but do not unduly stress- again something easier said than done.
