Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

So I told my therapist that I've been seeing myself in suicidal situations (like seeing myself hanging from a tree or the ceiling at school) , idk yet what she's going to do .

You're doing the right thing by talking about it with a therapist. That alone actually helps to get it out of your head. The therapist will help you process those thoughts and will provide you with effective ways to cope with them.

Sorry to hear that you have been feeling so badly. Happy to hear that you are seeing a therapist and that you feel comfortable enough to share your thoughts and feelings. Continue with your therapy and I think you will see a change for the better soon.

Hey.. that's a good start. Being able to vocalise your thoughts is a small step towards your healing. I have no idea what your therapist is going to do but you have just done something wonderful to yourself. You don't have to suffer alone. Your therapist is here to help you. We are here to listen to you when you unload. Keep your post coming. Hang in there! Keeping you in my prayer!

It's National Doughnut Day!Which three would you like? (never mind the calories, fat, or sugar content; just go with what you would pick if none of that mattered and whatever health issues you might have that would keep you from eating one in real life can be cast aside for this exercise as well... have at it!)
