Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
try something else. There is a solution. Believe that, and make it your goal to find it.
Finding an activity and making yourself do something will help. Giving up won't help. When I don't want to do something, if I make myself, I am nearly always glad I did. Getting outside makes a huge difference in how you feel.
Once we start seeing absolutely everything only in negative terms,
it's almost impossible to have any peace, to find solutions. Stopping that thought process, taking some kind of action - washing something, walking, running - something that requires effort and energy will help. If you become determined to rid your mind of the constant negative thoughts, things will get better.
It's the same life, with some things going wrong. It isn't ruined in any way.

at the very least, it'll get you out in the fresh air, keep you healthier, and eat up some time till the other things youre trying can have a chance to help

First of all be patient with the injections. You've found the main source of your problem and I'm pretty sure that in the future you will feel much better.
Second, I'd like to ask you if you want to answer me, Which country are you from and how old?
Assuming from your post I can guess that you are not married, not having kids and probably are young in age. Which means that if what I just said were true you would have tons of more weight in your chest.
If you are living with your parents, let them know that you give your best self to find a job, and since there are tons of unemployment I'm pretty sure they can understand and if they see you giving your all they wont judge you on that.
They say that the best things in life are free, which means that for starters since you dont have a job you can do activities as said above like walking, exercising etc.
You can also find new friends and surely a new boyfriend. If he doesn't treat you well, it's not that you are a burden to him, it's that he doesn't deserve you. Why would you want to spend your life and your love to someone who doesn't love you back. Is that what love and relationship based upon? Only the good times and when the bad times come he is looking away? When I am feeling depressed (and trust me it happens too many damn times) Thankfully my boyfriend is there to calm me down and help me, and I do the same for him.
Just take a step at a time. Life is hard and unjust, but it's worth fighting for because above all life is beautiful. Start by making some new friends that YOU are comfortable beeing with. You can meet them either via Facebook, your boyfriend, some old friends, or even pick a the phone and call a person that you haven't talk for a long time and go for a walk with him/her or something.
As for the job part, have you consider moving out to another country? It's pretty tough choice and it will tire you as hell, but things get better at the end of the line, and with new life come new friends and relationships.
Suiciding is the worst thing (I won't even call it a choice, cause it's not) you can do to yourself. Remember, you have to live for yourself and not for the belief of others. Most of people out there are looking to poison your life either if it is because of jealously or competitive or to feel better for themselves. But there are also good people out there who will care for you and will be with you at good & bad times. You just have to find the right people, And I don't wanna hear "I just can't find them", You will! Everyone does.
as for the I have no life part. I totally disagree.
You have done this far by yourself, you are an educated individual, a kind person and you just having some tough times in your life. so I will tell you this! Give a slap to your current self (metaphorically speaking not literally) and set up your goals! Either this will be finding new friends ( wont happen in one day ) , or even waking up early in the morning to go for a long walk, come back, drink some coffee, and start looking for a job, always look out for free-to-participate events , and try to make your boyfriend understand that a relationship is ment to connect with each other and help each other in tough situations, not only on good ones.
Sorry if my words seem a bit harsh, consider it a tough love, I am trying to motivate you, and for god's sake, remove the thought of suiciding from your mind, it's just not worth it, i dont know how else I can say it. Also i am pretty confident that the injections will help with your mood.
Lot's of love, cheers, Be strong
