I’m still trying to figure out how to cope with everything. I can’t bring myself to fully understand how he would cheat on me. I’m such a mess. I can’t eat much. I basically didn’t eat for days. And I have so much anxiety. It’s unbearable. Every time he leaves the house I get so anxious. It’s so hard and he doesn’t even know that I have any idea what he did.

It sounds like you need to confront him for your own peace. Depending on what he says, it's up to you to consider whether it was a one-time thing that you could maybe forgive him for, or whether it's a complete deal breaker.

Also, Simpsons is right; his cheating isn't about you, so don't blame yourself, especially before you know his side of the story.

In the end, this is your relationship and you have to be the one - along with your boyfriend - to figure out how it will move forward.
