Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I do plan on baking up a storm this year...something I haven't done in a long time. In real life, we have new neighbours on each side of us, and I have not been able to welcome them properly before now.
I love to bake. It makes me so happy, makes the house smell so nice. It's a win/win.
And yes, friends here who are having a hard time WILL get extra hugs and loves.....

Tons of homemade fudge...this year I wanna do more white chocolate peppermint, vanilla, chocolate, chocolate nut, cookies and cream, coconut macadamia white chocolate and mocha. Take your pick :)
What else.......
Tons of fluffy, cute blankets for cold days...tons of movies to watch and books to read whist cuddled up...walks in the woods during snowfalls...pretty and warm gloves/mittens/scarves/hats for the walks...
I might add more later, this is fun :D
