Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

We all have needs and that includes me!
If you are not part of the problem, ie you're not some giant asshole (don't seem to be) then you need to fold her actions back in on her. Too many women whine as a general way of being. A kind of a social habit. It's not okay.
Depression is a set of feelings not a set of actions. I tell people this all the time. It's a burden we carry but we can still stand up straight underneath it if we have the balls. People can make some of our burden go away if they are in a position to do so, but no guarantees. In the end, depression is our own growth challenge and we have to front up to it.
As the spouse and caretaker, yes, you may be at your limit. I encourage you to get the help you need. Whether it is a church, counselor, friends, exercise, etc, you are not built to handle this on your own. Praying strength, guidance and wisdom for you.
