I feel pretty good right now. It is like I am 2 people. I look back at my posts and feel ashamed. I wonder what made me feel and say the things I do. An I crazy/

I am the same way. I don't think you should be ashamed it's part of the illness. but I have been there.

I can't remember your other posts ... but if you needed to vent and you weren't feeling good and you were down ......if you go back and read that when you are feeling better it will surprise you and not in a good way .....I ..in a deferent depression was keeping a journal.....and no one else was aloud to see it .......but me ....and when I got better ....I went back and read some of it and I couldn't even see myself in there .... it would of been in arraign if any one else would of read it ....but it needed to come out ...and what is inside you needs to come out to ......we can't always understand ware what is coming out is related to but eventually we do find that out ...........you just have to trust in the proses ....of getting every hurt that has ever hurt out it all has to come out ......for you to even start to heal ........so don't be sorry ....unless you deliberately tried to hurt someone .....and some how I don't think that is the case ..........................I know how craze some of the stuff I put down sounded to me after I got better ..... but at the time that was what needed to come out ...........you have to clean out the attic ...and things are going to gets tired up ...........have a good rest full night ..I will keep you in my prayers ....god bless take care ..lots of hugs and love to you ...

Hey honey, you don't EVER have to apologize for venting how you feel. That is what this site is all about. If we all had good days, no-one would be here! Please don't feel the need to apologize. Hugs GB

No need to apologize. We are all here for the same reason, so we understand.
You need some place to vent where you know you will not be judged.
